Spill Solved™ is unique and will outperform the other absorbent products. We stand behind our product with a 100% performance guarantee. Spill Solved™ can reduce your liability and will save you time, money and effort. We also work closely with our clients to ensure they get the most out of the products reusability and waste reduction benefits.

Spill Solved™ can be used on most known liquids and semi-liquids. It was formulated to work on hydrocarbon-based liquids and other petrochemicals but it will also work on  paint, UV Ink, liquid polymer, thick greases and much more, including most food products. To date, the only known exception is Hydrofluoric Acid. Spill Solved™ is incompatible with Hydrofluoric Acid but will work on most others such as battery acid.

Spill Solved™ is a 100% non-toxic and completely inert mineral. It is not regulated by OSHA. Our Safety Data Sheet shows there is zero health risks.

Spill Solved™ has zero respirable hazards and is classified as nuisance dust only. When used as directed it generates very little dust.

Spill Solved™ is non-flammable, non-combustible and is unaffected by temperature or humidity.

When used as directed and in accordance with the SDS, Spill Solved™ can be disposed of as non-hazardous waste in an approved landfill according to federal, state and local regulations. This is acceptable in most areas but always check the regulations in your local area for proper disposal guidelines. Responsibility for proper use and disposal is on the end-user. There are several beneficial uses for used material such as a filler for concrete or asphalt mix. Contact us to learn about our reclamation program where we will collect the used material from our clients. This program is not yet available in all areas and is still an emerging concept.

There are no special PPE, safety, handling or storage precautions required. We do recommend using methods that minimize dust and using safety goggles if a large amount of dust is being generated, but there are no health hazards.

When used as directed, Spill Solved™ can be reused multiple-times. We have yet to find a liquid that will saturate the Spill Solved™ material on the first use. For the most effective results, follow the directions exactly as they appear on the label. This will ensure you are using enough material to properly clean up the spill. If used properly, you’ll be able to reuse Spill Solved™ immediately and with the same effectiveness. Of course there is a limit to how many times it can be reused but that depends on the size of the spill, viscosity of the liquid and how the product is being used. In most cases, we find it can be reused up to seven times before it becomes saturated and is no longer effective. After 3 or 4 uses it may begin to become saturated. Tests show 25-Pounds of material can absorb up to 7-gallons of used motor oil. Contact us to learn more.

Spill Solved™ is designed for use on land-based surfaces only. It  is safe for use on any type of floor, concrete and even in soil. Spill Solved™ is a granular mineral with some texture to it, so be sure to test it in a concealed area before using on hardwood floors, or any surface you are concerned about scratching. Spill Solved™ is not to be used for spills on bodies of water such as oceans, streams or lakes.
